By using OreHost, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

OreHost provides on-demand game server hosting with pay-as-you-play billing. We guarantee the availability and performance of our services but cannot be held responsible for outages caused by external factors.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful activities
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OreHost:

• Hosting illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Launching DDoS attacks or other network attacks
• Attempting to compromise our infrastructure or other users' servers
• Using our services to send spam or unsolicited messages

You are billed per minute for your servers' runtime. Payments are automatic and processed monthly. You can cancel your service at any time without penalty.

OreHost cannot be held responsible for data loss, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services. We recommend regular backups of your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In case of termination, you'll have access to your data for 30 days for recovery.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
